POLICIES AND REMINDERS

Queen’s Touch Esthetics strives to provide you with TOP TIER service . To ensure that you have the best experience here are some important Policies and Reminders to keep in mind: 

Booking and Cancellations: Clients should book appointments in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments that are not rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours will not be able to transfer deposit to a new appointment. If you did not pay a deposit then a deposit MUST be received prior to booking next appointment.

Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment time. If you're more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Refunds and Touch-Ups: All services are final. If there are issues, clients should contact the salon within 48 hours for adjustments or touch-ups. After 48 hours you must book within the appropriate duration of a refill appointment.

Aftercare Instructions: Clients must follow aftercare guidelines to maintain the integrity of their lashes. All refills must have at least 50% of lashes (35% for 4 week refill) in order for service to be considered a refill, otherwise your appointment will be upgraded to a full set.

Health and Safety: Clients should disclose any allergies or medical conditions prior to the appointment. A patch test may be required and may also be completed at request of new potential clients.

Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods read as follows; cash, Venmo, cashapp, credit cards.

No Children or Pets: For safety and comfort, clients are advised to come alone unless otherwise arranged.

Privacy Policy: Personal information is kept confidential and only used for appointment purposes.
